Madani Rishta — Matrimonial Web Platform & Admin Management System

Project Overview

Madani Rishta is a dedicated matrimonial web platform designed to help Sunni Hanafi Barelvi individuals and families find suitable marriage proposals through a structured, faith-oriented, and privacy-conscious digital experience. The platform modernizes the traditional rishta process by combining online profile registration, advanced search filters, membership packages, profile approval, and administrator-managed family connections.

The website provides a streamlined experience for users seeking a suitable life partner while giving administrators control over profile approval, verification, and the matchmaking process.

Key Features

1. User Registration & Profile Management

• Secure account registration and email verification using a six-digit OTP.
• Detailed matrimonial profiles covering personal information, family background, education, profession, location, and partner preferences.
• Profile photo submission with administrator approval.
• User dashboard for accessing profile-related features.

2. Advanced Matrimonial Search

• Search profiles using age range, education, profession, marital status, and financial status.
• Filter by country, city, native language, and community or biradari.
• Additional filters for shortlisted profiles and administrator-verified religious declarations.
• Structured profile information to help families identify suitable proposals.

3. Dedicated Admin Panel & Profile Approval

The administrative management system supports the platform's controlled matchmaking workflow. Profiles and photos remain pending until approved by the administrator.

Key administrative responsibilities include:

• Reviewing newly registered matrimonial profiles.
• Approving or rejecting profiles before publication.
• Reviewing profile photos and religious declarations.
• Managing profile verification and approval status.
• Coordinating contact between interested families.
• Maintaining a more controlled and organized matrimonial process.

4. Membership Packages & Payments

The platform offers Basic, Standard, and Premium membership packages with different access levels and durations.

• Basic: Profile upload, five rishta requests, and one month of access.
• Standard: Profile upload, twenty rishta requests, a three-month duration, and a verified badge.
• Premium: Unlimited rishta requests, six months of access, and top listing.

The website also presents local and international pricing options in PKR and USD, with payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer.

5. Privacy-Focused Communication

Member phone numbers and email addresses are not publicly displayed to other members. Instead, the administrator coordinates communication between families, providing a more controlled approach to sharing contact information.

6. Responsive & User-Friendly Interface

The website includes clear navigation, profile search, registration forms, membership information, login and password recovery, contact options, and multilingual support in English and Urdu. Users can also switch between light and dark themes.
